What are the ingredients in the baked goods?
You can always find the ingredients and nutrition analysis breakdown in the description of the baked good. If you are ever unsure or have more question you can always send us an email and we would be happy to help!
How long does it take for items to ship?
If the item is in-stock we ask that you give us approximately 5-10 business days to prepare and send your item. If you ever have questions after an order is placed feel free to send us an email as we would be happy to give you an update, just keep in mind emails on shipping status aren’t high in priority so give us at least 2-3 days for response.
An Item I want is sold out, when will it be back?
Depending on the popularity of the item, we will try to restock the product asap. But just know it could take anywhere from 10-12 weeks to get an item back in the shop ready to sell. If you need an immediate update you can submit a form or send us an email at dawgandhooman@gmail.com.
Shipping information
Currently we only ship in the United States. The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items, typically we say it takes about 7-12 business days but again, it completely depends on the item order.
Returns or exchanges
I gladly accept exchanges, but we DO NOT accept returns. Contact me within 3 days of delivery and you must ship items back within: 5 days of delivery
I don't accept returns or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
